WHO IS RHONDA

Rhonda's favorite roles are mother and wife - but friend, mentor, and real estate expert also describe her perfectly!

Trauma - Domestic Violence, Divorce & Suicide

Rhonda Kristine Perry - Born 12/22/1970

"My life has been marked by trauma from the very beginning. I was born into a family deeply affected by generations of dysfunction—addiction, abuse, and violence. I fought hard to rise above it and promised myself that my child would never have to live that same story—but he did. We endured a devastating divorce, during which his father tried to kill me. I fled to protect us, I gave up everything in the divorce to get custody of my child. Two years later, my ex-husband died by suicide.

I was finally ready to live my best life - when Tammi took the painful aftermath of my trauma and twisted it into a false story about failed real estate deals. The truth is, until Tammi and a group of rogue investors came along, I had never had a single real estate investment "go bad."    — Rhonda

Rhonda grew up in Tampa, Florida, where she was first introduced to real estate through her mother, a trailblazing commercial real estate agent in the 1980s—a time when women were rarely welcomed in that space. Despite the challenges, her mother succeeded, setting an early example of resilience and ambition. When Rhonda was offered the chance to leave school two hours early each day, she took it—but there was one condition: she had to get a job. Without hesitation, she joined her mother at the real estate office, launching a lifelong career in an industry that would shape her future.

Rhonda shares, "Freedom and financial independence were what first drew me to real estate. I started working in a real estate office with my mom when I was just 15 years old. Now, at 54, real estate is all I’ve ever known. So when Tammi, MacKenzi, and Kim began claiming I lied about my knowledge and experience, I truly believed it would pass—surely people would see through it. But the lies they told were massive, and they crafted a narrative so convincing that people believed them. Even now, two years later, their story is so well-rehearsed that even attorneys and law enforcement struggle to separate fact from fiction."

Millionaire Mama - PS. It's Not About the Money

Front Cover

Rhonda wrote Millionaire Mama: PS. It’s Not About the Money as a powerful and personal roadmap for women seeking to rebuild their lives after trauma. Drawing from her own journey of resilience and reinvention, she offers not just inspiration—but a call to action—for women to reclaim their voice, restore their confidence, and redefine success on their own terms. Far more than a book about financial achievement, Millionaire Mama is a movement grounded in healing, self-worth, and transformation. At the heart of it all is Rhonda’s passion for helping women turn their pain into purpose and create lives rich with meaning, strength, and joy.

All proceeds from Millionaire Mama: PS. It’s Not About the Money were dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence—a cause deeply personal to Rhonda. As a survivor herself, she understands the pain, isolation, and struggle that come with escaping abuse and rebuilding a life. Her mission goes far beyond sharing her story; through the book, she hopes to inspire other women to rise from their circumstances, reclaim their strength, and believe in the possibility of a better future. Rhonda’s commitment to this cause is not just financial—it’s emotional, purposeful, and rooted in her own journey of survival and transformation.

Back Cover

MacKenzi Berrios, who had been personally mentored by Rhonda for over 18 months, was the very first person to leave a review for Millionaire Mama: PS. It’s Not About the Money. Despite their long-standing relationship, MacKenzi quickly turned on Rhonda after Tammi introduced a fabricated narrative. Rather than seeking the truth, she aligned herself with the false accusations and became one of the most vocal critics. Since then, MacKenzi has consistently used her voice to discredit Rhonda, amplifying the lies and playing a key role in the ongoing efforts to sabotage her reputation.

MacKenzi and the other saboteurs deliberately sabotaged the launch of Millionaire Mama: PS. It’s Not About the Money, strategically timing their attack to coincide with the book’s release. In a coordinated effort to cause maximum damage, they spread blatant lies about Rhonda, fabricating stories and twisting facts to diminish her credibility. They posted false and malicious reviews—many unrelated to the actual content—and infiltrated her online community with targeted, disparaging comments aimed at discrediting her personal journey. This was more than a smear campaign; it was a calculated attempt to silence Rhonda’s voice and derail the powerful message of hope, healing, and empowerment she created to inspire women overcoming trauma.

Where is Rhonda now?

Today, Rhonda splits her time between her beloved North Florida farm and Creekview Farms a short-term rental project near Boone, North Carolina—right on the NC/Tennessee line.

She and her husband Chris are currently prepping the Florida farm for sale, a bittersweet move after living there since June 2011. It’s the place where they got married, raised Chase, and where countless memories were made.

Rhonda says, “It’s hard to imagine not going back, but my love for East Tennessee is deep. It reminds me of old Florida, the way it was when I grew up hauling cattle with my grandparents. So, we’re ready to sell the farm and find our forever home in Tennessee.”

This next chapter is all about new beginnings, building new dreams, and continuing the life Rhonda and her family have always lived—rooted in freedom, peace, and purpose.

About Rhonda Sweat

Rhonda Sweat is an award-winning, multi-million dollar producing real estate expert whose passion for real estate runs deep. She sold her first house at just 16 years old, flipped her first property at 19, and attended real estate school before even graduating high school. Over the course of her 35+ year career, Rhonda has been a top-producing sales agent, owned a large franchise brokerage, and invested in nearly every type of real estate imaginable—flipping over 100 hundred houses, mobile homes, and parcels of land, wholesaling, short sales, apartment-to-condo conversions, and even large-scale development projects.

“I love, love, love real estate! I love to swap real estate stories! I love to share my knowledge and experiences with others! I love to brainstorm and figure out solutions to real estate problems! But most of all, I love to help women gain financial independence and long-term wealth through real estate investment! PS. It’s Not About the Money!” — Rhonda Sweat

During Florida’s COVID quarantine in 2020, Rhonda faced some of the biggest personal and professional hurdles of her life. She parted ways with her longtime business partner and best friend, was preparing to turn 50, and was getting ready for her youngest child to graduate high school—all emotional milestones that weighed heavily on her heart.

Needing a distraction, Rhonda turned her energy toward helping others.

“I needed something to distract me, so I started mentoring women in real estate investment online,” Rhonda says.

She used her deep love of real estate to inspire women to overcome the barriers standing between them and financial independence. Through this work, she connected with investors from around the world, building something truly special.

"It was magical—seriously. I know that’s probably not the word most would expect, but it was magical. I took a lot of emotional craziness and turned it into the best-case scenario," Rhonda shares.

During this time, Rhonda wrote her book, Millionaire Mama: PS. It’s Not About the Money, and launched the Millionaire Mama Club—a network where women inspire, educate, and empower one another to grow their real estate knowledge and investment portfolios. Today, Rhonda also leads an online community of over 20,000 up-and-coming real estate investors, sharing her experience and mentorship with a new generation.

While real estate is her professional passion, Rhonda’s greatest love is her family.
She and her husband, Chris, share an incredible bond that Rhonda often describes proudly:

"He is my rock. He keeps me strong every day with his unwavering commitment to me, our family, and my success."

Her youngest son, Chase, now 21, has been Rhonda’s “why” for over two decades—and always will be. Her oldest son, Dylan, now 29, lives in Colorado and has spent the past few years manifesting a life he loves, proudly embracing his “work hard, play harder” motto—a journey that makes Rhonda endlessly proud.

Today, Rhonda lives with her family on a hobby farm, continuing her family's five-generation Florida legacy. Together with Chris and Chase, she enjoys their small cow-calf operation and their love of traveling.
