That moment marked the start of a slow unraveling Rhonda never could have imagined. Tammi’s bitterness wasn’t passive—it was active, calculated, and destructive.

The Moment Everything Changed
Tammi was often rude and combative during group interactions, but the true breaking point came during a Zoom meeting with the Millionaire Mama Club.
The topic: rehabbing investment properties in areas without strict permitting requirements.
Rhonda calmly advised, “It doesn’t matter if a permit is technically required or not—if you’re rewiring a house built in 1900, you need a licensed electrician. Not a handyman. If there’s ever a fire and someone is hurt or killed, you could be held civilly and even criminally responsible.”
Rather than taking the advice as it was intended—to protect—the response was explosive.
Tammi erupted: “Not all investors can afford to do it that way!” she shouted.
Then, the venom surfaced: “You need to take your liberal ideas back to Florida.”
From that moment on, Rhonda became Tammi’s target.
The Manipulation and Lies
Tammi began working behind the scenes, manipulating others within the group.
She lied repeatedly, each lie bigger and more outrageous than the last.
She publicly claimed she had filed complaints with the FTC, SEC, and Florida Attorney General—none of which were ever filed.
She posted defamatory reviews labeling Rhonda a scam artist.
She attacked Rhonda’s decades of real estate experience, calling her unqualified, dishonest, and unsafe to work with.
She dismantled the Millionaire Mama Club—an organization Rhonda had built to uplift and empower women—and then turned her focus to Florida Tiny Farms, a project rooted in Rhonda’s vision of sustainable, affordable living.
Tammi falsely claimed Florida Tiny Farms was a Ponzi scheme, insisting that no land or tiny homes had ever been purchased—despite Rhonda having clear and indisputable proof.
The truth didn’t matter.
Tammi’s lies grew louder, and eventually others began to echo them.
The Personal Attacks
Tammi didn’t just attack Rhonda’s business—she went after her personally.
She called Rhonda “trailer trash,” a cruel slur that had no basis in reality.
She spread a lie that Rhonda’s home had been foreclosed on in February 2023.

Looking back, she wishes she had trusted her instinct—because Tammi showed her exactly who she was from the beginning. Rhonda just allowed her friends to dissuade her judgement… until it was too late.

Less than 2 months later she filed a complaint with Paypal - complaining that Rhonda is a scam artist and lied about her knowledge and experience.

She used it to amplify Tammi’s false narrative about Rhonda. Rhonda's supporters including other investors and friends would send the hundreds of screenshots of Kim and the other Saboteurs posting about Rhonda—sometimes anonymously, sometimes by name—but always leaving no doubt as to whom she was targeting. Her posts have circulated widely in national investment circles, tarnishing Rhonda's reputation beyond repair. In many of those spaces people are calling for Rhonda to be arrested!
What makes this even harder to process is how quickly things changed. Kim was once one of Rhonda's biggest advocates. There’s even a video taken the same day Tammi launched her attack where Kim is seen praising Rhonda—genuinely, enthusiastically praising Rhonda's real estate knowlegde. But just a few short weeks later, she wrote to PayPal, accusing Rhonda of being a scam artist and accusing her of lying about her experience.
She also weaponized a mix-up involving her husband—who suffers from a brain injury from his time serving in the military. He registered Kim for one of Rhonda's courses and later said he used the wrong credit card. He asked for a refund, and Rhonda agreed without hesitation. When he repaid using a different card, the system processed a duplicate payment. Rhonda and her assistant worked to issue the refund immediately and sent confirmation receipts. They even told him, “If you don’t see it reflected on your statement, let us know right away.” They never heard back. Kim later accused Rhonda of intentionally taking advantage of her husband. The documentation proves otherwise, but none of these people ever ask for proof.
They don’t want the truth. They want their story to win. And sadly, they’ve managed to manipulate others into believing it—creating a toxic echo chamber that continues to wreak havoc on Rhonda's life and name.
McKenzi Berrios - Saboteur
The Hardest One: McKenzi Berrios
Of all the betrayals Rhonda faced, McKenzi Berrios’s actions have been among the most painful. McKenzi was someone Rhonda cared for deeply—almost like a daughter. Rhonda believed in her potential and invested more than just time—she invested heart, trust, and mentorship into helping McKenzi grow.
Rhonda personally mentored McKenzi for free for over a year. McKenzi never paid for her mentorship, yet benefited from weekly Zoom coaching sessions, personalized guidance, and the kind of hands-on support few ever receive. McKenzi was even the first to read Rhonda’s book and wrote a glowing review that reflected the deep trust and gratitude that once existed between them.
At one point, McKenzi found herself horrifically upside down on a real estate flip, having misused other people's money (OPM) and disregarding the very principles she had been taught. Despite the serious mistakes, Rhonda stood by her side, helping McKenzi navigate out of the situation with dignity and as little financial damage as possible.
But just weeks after publicly praising Rhonda, McKenzi’s loyalty shifted.
She was drawn in by Tammi Bieniek and Kim McFaline, becoming a silent but powerful bridge between them and Rhonda’s former network.
While McKenzi did not have the public voice or credibility that others had to openly attack
- McKenzi shared Tammi’s false narrative with individuals Rhonda had intentionally removed from her circle, including Steven Rosario—a known manipulator—and Renee Miranda, whose breaches are addressed separately.
- By reigniting relationships and fueling old conflicts, McKenzi weaponized Rhonda’s past against her, causing emotional, reputational, and relational damage that reopened wounds that had long been closed.
- Even now, McKenzi continues to fuel the fire, contributing quietly but consistently to the spread of misinformation and distrust.
This betrayal struck deeply because it came from someone Rhonda had nurtured and trusted, not as a business associate—but as family.

Renee Miranda was someone Rhonda initially believed she could trust. Renee’s credentials as a licensed real estate attorney and broker in New York—and, at the time, a licensed broker in Florida—gave the appearance of professionalism and reliability. But behind the title was someone whose actions proved to be deceptive, irresponsible, and ultimately harmful to Rhonda and her projects.
Renee was the first investor that Rhonda chose to walk away from after repeated red flags and a breach of trust that could not be ignored.
- Red flags appeared early. Renee openly admitted to being an alcoholic, and several women in the investment group expressed discomfort and safety concerns about working with her. Therese (Tess) Slack even refused to allow Renee to stay at her short-term rental during a working retreat Rhonda had personally funded. Despite these concerns, Rhonda continued to extend grace, hoping Renee would prove herself worthy of the opportunities she was given.
- Renee’s major breach came during a joint venture for a new construction project. She repeatedly assured Rhonda that she had her funding in place and signed a contract to that effect. Relying on her professional promises, Rhonda moved forward in good faith—securing the lot, completing the survey, having engineered building plans drawn, and delivered to the builder, and clearing the land to prepare the site for septic and well installations.
- At the critical moment, Renee admitted she didn’t have the funds. During a casual lunch meeting, Renee confessed that she “didn’t think it would happen this fast.” When Rhonda reminded her that the next construction draw was due within two weeks, Renee admitted she didn’t have the money ready and was hoping to sell another property or borrow money from a friend.
- This confession blindsided Rhonda. After investing her time, money, and reputation into moving the project forward, Rhonda realized she was the only one taking the commitment seriously. She immediately ended the partnership.
- The financial impact was real. Rhonda still owns that lot and remains out-of-pocket for the expenses she incurred preparing it—all because Renee failed to meet the obligations she promised.
- Renee has continued to distort the truth. Rather than accepting accountability, Renee has repeatedly told a false version of events, attempting to paint herself as a victim and discredit Rhonda’s character and professionalism.
- Rhonda has asked Renee on multiple occasions to provide proof that her funding was secured as promised. Renee has never been able to produce any documentation supporting her claims.
- In the end, Rhonda paid Renee just to put the matter behind her—a decision she now regrets. Looking back, Rhonda wishes she had taken legal action to expose Renee’s deception rather than absorbing the financial loss to avoid further conflict.
Jim Ingersoll - Saboteur

Jim Ingersoll chose to jump in head first. Rhonda sent him messages pleading for him not to allow them to do this - her messages fell on deaf ears. Not only did he allow it - he joined them in defaming Rhonda, using his national audience to give them an extra edge. He posted that Rhonda is running a Ponzi Scheme - with no proof - other than they said so.
He posted, "I hear a GURU is intimidating a new investor." and TAGGED RHONDA in the comments. Again, with no prrof other than they said so.

Sandi (Sandra) Northington played a damaging role in the sabotage of Rhonda’s businesses by breaching agreements, manipulating information, and aligning herself with individuals actively promoting a false narrative about the investment project.
- Sandi signed a formal Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement, confirming that she would accept payment and that the matter would be permanently resolved.
- Despite confirming her understanding of the agreement with the title agent, Sandi breached the release within 24 hours of receiving her final payment, by disclosing confidential settlement details to Tess Slack — a clear and direct violation of the release terms.
- Rather than honoring the spirit and letter of the settlement, Sandi chose to violate the agreement to fuel gossip, misinformation, and further damage to Rhonda’s reputation.
- She aligned herself with other individuals, knowingly supporting and participating in the spread of false and misleading information, knowing it would damage the project in which she was a current investor.
- By breaching a signed contract and participating in coordinated efforts to smear Rhonda’s name, Sandi contributed to the financial, professional, and personal harm that Rhonda suffered.
Sandi’s actions were not accidental. They were a deliberate betrayal of a legally binding agreement, motivated by a desire to align with a false narrative rather than abide by the truth and the commitments she made.
