SABOTEURS

SABOTEURS

These are the tactics the Saboteurs used to gain credibility—built on nothing but hearsay and mutual reinforcement. They flooded Facebook with bold claims, offering no evidence—only echoing each other’s lies.

  • Claimed they filed complaints with government agencies—yet no such complaints were ever filed until AFTER Rhonda filed a lawsuit.

  • Insisted they had proof of failed real estate investments—but never once produced any documentation.

  • Manipulated investors to believe that Rhonda did not own properties.

  • Insisted Rhonda was running a "ponzi" scheme with no proof.

  • Accused Rhonda of fabricating her experience—despite her decades-long, verifiable career.

  • Alleged Rhonda intimidated a “new investor”—even though that same investor put in writing that it wasn’t true.

  • Repeatedly posted in multiple groups often times anonymously claiming to have been scammed by a GURU, they would describe Rhonda - and tell others to DM them for more information. This was their ploy to pull people into their sinister plat.

  • Repeatedly lied about Rhonda's assets - calling her trailer trash - but never mentioned the $200,000 equity in that property nor the other properties she owns.

  • Repeatedly lied about Rhonda's personal finances.

They relied on repetition, not facts—shouting louder instead of proving anything.

LIES

SABOTEURS

LIES

These are the LIES Tammi told to gain credibility...

1. Tammi said she filed a FTC, SEC and AG of Florida complaint against Rhonda.

X - No complaint was ever filed and no one ever asked her for proof.

2. She uncovered a Ponzi Scheme.

X - What she actually uncovered was the hell Rhonda had been living through with roque investors.

3. Rhonda's home was foreclosed in February 2023. X - This was a blatant lie. Rhonda still lives there part-time, has lived on that farm since 2011 and has over $200,000 in equity in THAT FARM.

4. Rhonda does not have flipping experience. X - In fact Rhonda has flipped over 100 properties, developed a subdivision, and owned STRs since 1993.

5. Rhonda was intimidating a new investor. X - Sandi Northington is the investor she is referring to and Sandi wrote a detailed letter saying she never said that! (Click to read the letter)
